BAGHDAD AIRPORT REHABILITATION, RECONSTRUCTION, AND MANAGEMENT PROJECT:
Al Manama Aviation & Cargo plays a crucial role as the local partner in the AviaPro International Consortium, which has successfully participated in and qualified for the RFQ stage of the Iraqi government and IFC joint initiative on the "Baghdad Airport Rehabilitation, Reconstruction, and Airport Management Project." The combined strength of the consortium, consisting of internationally reputed aviation companies from around the globe, is highly valued as a professional and intellectual asset by Al Manama Aviation & Cargo.

The team leaders of Al Manama Aviation’s current management have dedicated their lifetimes to the International Aviation Industry. Initially, they provided consultancy services to a semi-national aviation company and a scheduled private airline from Pakistan, assisting in successful bidding for contracts announced under the United Nations flag. These contracts involved the transportation of UN peacekeeping forces to and from various destinations across the entire African continent. Later, joint bids for these UN projects were made in collaboration with Askari Aviation, Pakistan. After consistently winning international bids year after year without failure, the UN decided to allocate the entire contract to this joint venture, which continued until the end of 2017.

Team leaders were also involved in in various consultancy projects involving:
Setting up new airlines within the region. Efficiencies’ improvement of airline operations. Yield management consultancy for airlines within the region. Sale and purchase of executive jets for VIPs and dignitaries worldwide. Designing operations and selecting suitable aircraft types for UEP (formerly BP-British Petroleum, Pakistan). Commercializing private operations of the FWO fleet, comprising rotary and fixed-wing operations.
